These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of eSaaral websites and apps operated at eSaaral.com and related domains (the “Platform”). By creating an account, browsing, or placing a booking, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
eSaaral is a technology marketplace for local vehicle bookings and neighbourhood service discovery around Sayalgudi and nearby towns in Tamil Nadu, India. We provide software that connects customers with independent vehicle owners, drivers, and listed service providers. Unless we expressly say otherwise, we do not own, operate, or insure the vehicles or shops shown on the Platform.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must provide accurate name, email, and contact details. Login may use Google or other methods we enable. You are responsible for activity under your account. Roles such as visitor, owner, and driver have different permissions. Admin and manager staff use a separate admin application and must follow operational policies.
3. Bookings, fares & payments
Quotes and fares are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). Amounts may be estimates until confirmed. Final fare, taxes, waiting charges, tolls, and extras depend on the trip type and what you agree at booking or with the operator. Payment may be cash, pay-later, or other methods shown in the flow. Coupons apply only when valid and accepted for that booking.
4. Cancellations & changes
You may request cancellation or changes through the app or by contacting support. Acceptance, refunds, or fees depend on booking status and operator policy. Owners and drivers must honour confirmed assignments except for safety, vehicle failure, or other legitimate reasons communicated promptly.
5. Directories & local services
Local auto, load share, trade, and similar directories are contact directories unless a booking flow is clearly offered. Calling or messaging a listed number creates a relationship between you and that provider — not a guaranteed service by eSaaral. Do not harvest, spam, or misuse directory contacts.
6. Real estate & other listings
Property and similar listings may hide owner contact until an enquiry or lead step. Information is provided by listers; verify independently before paying advances or signing documents. eSaaral is not a broker of record unless stated in writing.
7. Owner & driver obligations
Owners must keep vehicle documents, insurance, and availability accurate. Drivers must hold valid licences and follow traffic law. False documents, duplicate listings, or unsafe conduct may lead to suspension and reporting to authorities where required.
8. Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the Platform, attempt unauthorised access, scrape data beyond normal use, post illegal content, or harm other users. We may remove content, refuse bookings, or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
9. Disclaimers & liability
Trips, vehicle condition, driver conduct, and third-party services are primarily between you and the operator/provider. To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, eSaaral is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from trips or directory contacts. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Platform is limited to fees you paid to us for the specific booking at issue, if any.
10. Disputes
Contact support@esaaral.com first so we can help mediate. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Tamil Nadu shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after publication means you accept the updated Terms. For questions: support@esaaral.com.
